A nonsense called AOC
In Catalonia, the Open Administration from Catalonia has passed of being an entity of management with a project recognized in the international area (cat365) to be a nonsense.
Approximately one month ago and half in a open doors day of the postdegree in e-Government that gives the University Pompeu Fabra, Came Artigas, manager of the AOC, talked us of a strong restructuring of the doorway. She gave us wich would be the new direction of the project. This agglutinative doorway of services would be emptied and would be converted in a meta search that redirect to the lender of the service.
Episode 1: Does Carme Artigas resign for a contract made to the company that works her husband, to the value of 320.000€
Episode 2: As we had said before, Joan Carretero announces the dismantling of the doorway cat365. He claims reasons of obsolescence.
Episode 3: Declarations of Manel Sanromà ex director of cat365, in those that states that at the moment he silences, but that some day will be known by everything about this of to have thrown a project recognized internationally to the garbage.
Episode 4: Albert Marín resigns, was the new one responsible for the AOC.
What is it passing? Of course this is not the best way of improving our level of e-Government.
