What envies!
British government has very clear that, as I wrote some days ago, to improve it has to be innovated, good, to be adapted to a new reality, and is more, the goal has to be to be able to make it at the same speed that the things change. I focus, in United Kingdom made aware of this reality have a program to favor the innovation in the local administration.
e-Innovations is developed in two stages being in charge of different areas of performance as:
E-Learning, Bridging the Digital Divide, Emergent technology for better government, Local authority e-business, Better use of ICT to improve internal business in councils, including service planning and performance management.
It is a good practice to incorporate in a database and to catch it for a benchmarking, isn't it?
