Initiative OpenContent Digital Cities
Mario López de Ávila puts an interesting initiative on the table. OpenContent Villes Digitales (OC CiDi) that in words of its own instigator:
"...open content project for the elaboration of a 'norm' or leader of Management of initiatives of development of the Society of the Information in the municipal area...
...the porpous of this 'norm' or leader is to establish the minimum requirements of quality of management that, adequately satisfactory, guarantee the good purpose of the initiatives of 'Digital Cities'. We will understand for such those participative programs of management municipal, that is specified in the development of services directed to improving appreciably the quality of life of the citizens through the intensive use of the information technologies or of the communications..."
