e-Government Marketing
Study of needs, business process reengineering, change management, interoperability, accessibility, usability, connectivity and whatever you want. An e-Government program can be designed and implemented adequately, effective and efficiently but if we do not make the citizen know the services that set to their arrangement... The only thing that we will have made will have been to spend the money of the contributor.
It is so important or more to publicize what is put within reach of the hand of the citizen, it is important to do it to realize the advantages that will obtain using that new service, it is important that they see utility for themselves. Therefore, a good campaign of marketing is so many or more important that a good process of consultancy, the political leadership or the collaboration of the public workers.
How to arrive to the person that does usually not use the digital means? Television, radius, press, mouth-ear... Any media out of the net is good to bring the people to the net.
