Chatting
The other day listened like Àngel Ros, mayor of Lleida it spoke proud of service of chat that they have started up. Chat in which the every first Thursday of every month makes available of the citizens to solve their doubts directly. It is not bad idea and although always they will be left outside all those that simply they do not have assimilated an intensive use of the new technologies, but I am sure that many citizens will find in this service something very useful since he puts to them to the reach to be able to consult of first hand what he worries to them or he interests with the maximum person in charge of its city.
Of course Lleida is not the only city that has start up this service. From Própolis this week I have read that in Sant Joan Despí a similar service has been inagurado so that the citizens discuss with the first lieutenant mayor on the budgets of the city. But I have been first in being surprised when making the following search in Google "chat+ayuntamiento". The results crush; Lorca, Villaobispo de Otero, Vegadeo, Miguelturra, Oviedo, Andújar and many more...
The success of this type of services really is in which the citizen wants to speak directly with the people in charge and not with people whom no matter how hard they must be facing the public they do not have to be able decisional. Chatting
