New times are coming for everybody. The Vatican uses the new technologies. Coming and see... It has a Web that in 2003 registered more than 22 million visits, although of course does not offer many administrative proceedings. A Wifi network for the Gendarmerie of the Vatican in order to increase the security. A safe messaging system to interconnect its different administrative parts. Or simply, they ask its faithfuls who use the new technologies in an impressive "process of citizen participation":
