Last day of congress. In the block digital cities, the session of 11 "The digital initiative, citizens, enterprise and administration" has had representatives of Manresa (Alain Jordà), 22@ (Sergi Guillot), Mataró (Luz Fernández) et de Telefónica (Jesús Calle). They have explained their respective experiences, except on the part of Telefónica that they have focused its communication in how to improve the attention to the citizen. Paradoxical not? Those that have more problems with the attention to the customer being the operators How do they intend to teach the public administration how to improve the processes of attention to the citizen?
Highlighting also the plenary "e-Government the responsibility of the government towards the society" in the one that Yasuyuki Hagihara, vice-president of Fujitsu, has explained and-Japan and afterwards Alejandro Prince, of Prince & Cooke, has exposed the state of the art of the Information Society in Argentina.
