Reality on virtuality

It's grateful to see a politic responsible politically alert with the importance that the new technologies have and will have in our lives. He has distinguished the importance of the Internet over the change in the relationship between citizens and politics. Of course, you cant forget that the new technologies are an important tool for the administration to increase the efficacy of the services and the efficiency of management.
As Manuel Castells said in the FesInternet opening, Miquel has mentioned recent studies over cyberspace behaviour. The people with more activity on the net are the most active people out of the net. This idea is the opposed of the habitual mainstream. For this simple reason, internautas play an important role as social nodes, in and out of the net. In conclusion, on the virtual is shaping a reality. A reality where we are more and more submerged and where without diving we will not arrive to anyplace.
Politics have to become aware of the importance of ICT; they have to know their value as a cohesion, organization and transmitting tool. We have to stay on the net in order to project not to receive only.
